Return Policy – Valeretti & Alessia™

At Valeretti & Alessia™, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following terms.

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason.

2. Exceptions
Returns are not allowed for:

• Custom or personalized items

• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (if the seal is broken)

• Digital products once delivery has begun with your consent

3. How to Return
Email Info@valerettiandalessia.com within the withdrawal period with your order number, name, and reason for return (optional). We’ll provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for wrong or defective items.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount, including standard shipping, via the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Report defects within 48 hours of receiving your order to Info@valerettiandalessia.com with clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
